Illuma Labs Completes Mitel Integration for Voice Authentication Solution

Credit unions using the Mitel MiVoice Business Platform can now rapidly deploy voice verification and fraud prevention software

Plano, TX – Illuma Labs has completed another major milestone by integrating Illuma Shield™ with Mitel MiVoice Business, one of the most popular telephony platforms for credit union contact centers. This achievement was supported by a recent round of funding from Curql and makes the Illuma Shield™ voice authentication solution available to a much larger number of credit unions.

Voice Authentication Options for Credit Unions Have Been Limited in the Past
