CUNA Strategic Services announces Illuma Labs as newest alliance providing authentication for credit unions
Washington, DC – Illuma Labs, the provider of real-time voice authentication and fraud prevention solution Illuma Shield, has been chosen as the newest CUNA Strategic Services (CSS) alliance provider. This collaboration will present Illuma Shield to credit unions across the US, empowering their contact centers to streamline the member authentication process and raise the bar against fraudsters and social engineers.
